The word ALL

Psalm 19

… declares the Glory of God by describing the beauty of Creation and the necessity of His Word.
All of Creation in its beauty was crafted, sustained, and will be redeemed by His Word.
God speaks in and through nature but God speaks in Human Language to His people. The Maker of Heaven and Earth and The Giver of Life makes Himself known through His Word to sustain us, renew us, guide us, warn us and reward us.
I love having coffee with my Bible.
Sometimes I think I read the Bible so that I can have coffee.
But in reality Psalm 19 reminds me that creation (coffee) is sustained by His Word so must I be sustained. Praying for each of you and all of us this morning with my Bible open and my cup…full.

The word ALL

ALL

Such a simple and small word.
Small but comprehensive
Simple  but demanding
Small but important
Simple but strategic.

All my HEART
All my WAYS

When I am confused and bewildered….
When I am confident and convinced….
TRUST Him with ALL my Heart.

When  I know the way…and when I am sure I don’t …When I am lost …
ACKNOWLEDGE Him in ALL my ways

When I Plan
When I Prepare
When I Actuate
When I Operate
When I Complete
When I Review

Trust Him
Acknowledge Him

With ALL my heart
In ALL my ways.

RESTORATION and RESILIENCY

The Warrior Posture:

Sometimes we get so low and seem so far away from God that we have to lean on the faith of those you came before us and came through.
Sometimes we have to hold onto to stories of others with our dear lives. David was a warrior. He knew how to fight the enemy and he knew the value of his brother team. He was raw, authentic, repentant and lusted for God’s favor.
He was a man after God’s heart. Jesus actually quoted David’s words from the cross. Did you catch that? Jesus leaned on David when He was in the Crucible. Who are you leaning on when it seems like God has forgotten you?
We can help you find another band of brothers, another team, another squad.

FEAR NOT, STAND FIRM, & SEE

Do you feel like you are trapped and there is no way forward, no way back, and no way out???? Maybe the Lord is setting up a GLORY trap?  He seems to delight in putting us in (allowing us to get ourselves into) situations that are not only more than we can bear but impossible.  These problems look like financial shortages, relational conflicts, unmet expectations, ministry disappointments, health issues, and incessant demands.  (Sometimes all of these together on the same day).  Maybe the Lord wants us to pause for a beat and Stand Firm so that we can Fear Not.  What does that look like for you?  Seriously…. Don’t just like this post if you indeed like it.  How do stand firm against the approaching Egyptian Army and backed into a corner?

RESTORATION and RESILIENCY

Battle Posture:

RESTORATION and RESILIENCY.

The past can haunt me and invisibly hold me back in chains of bitterness or regret.  Or I can believe and daily trust that what I did or what others did God can and does use for good .  This does not mean that I walk around in the land of squirrels and rabbits without regret.  It means that I walk dependently and determinedly seeking to bring good to others out of my own failure and hurt.  It is a life of daily reminding myself of God’s relentless forgiveness and His unstoppable purpose to restore and make all things even better.

The PURPOSE and POWER of the ARTIST and ARCHITECT.

”In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
“Genesis‬ ‭1‬:‭1‬-‭2‬, ‭27‬-‭28‬ In the beginning the earth was formless and void, lacking both beauty and purpose. Then God spoke. His WORD created both form and function. His WORD designed both boundaries and bounty. He framed and filled the earth by His Power and for His Purpose. Then the first “Let Us” envisioned, engineered and empowered mankind. He created and commissioned man to serve, to form and fill creation, to manage and multiply, to love and lead His creation.
To make His perfect creation more full and fruitful! The “Let Us” led to us being made in His Image (Imago Dei) and purposed for His Mission (Missio Dei). He didn’t need us. He wanted us. He still does. He still designs and determines with power and purpose. Praying for each of you and all of us. That we would be on His mission as His image bearers today and each day.‬
